Le jeudi 24 février 2022, Mgr. Jean-Marc Eychenne et M. Olivier Mouysset, procureur de la République, ont signé un protocole d’accord, suivant en cela les recommandations de la CIASE.

Ce texte précise les procédures d’alerte du Parquet par le diocèse en cas de signalement d’un abus, en particulier, mais pas seulement, sur des personnes mineures.

Le document permet de clarifier et donc d’accélérer les démarches à faire, de « fluidifier » les échanges d’informations entre les deux parties.
